Mode of Action

*It overcomes the Stress.

*It retards the aggressive mechanism by reducing the secretion of Acid-Pepsin mixture.

*It promotes the healing by accelerating the defence mechanism.

* Mucin content of Gastric juice is increased.

Clinical Observation

(1) Besides clinical relief, healing of duodenal ulcer is demonstrated by endoscopy & radiography.

(2) Free HCL secretion is reduced in Gastric juice after treatment

(3) Effect of treatment on gastric secretion in patients of duodenal ulcer

Dosage

Adult :

2 TSF / 2 tabs Thrice daily.

Children :

1 TSF / 1 tabs Thrice daily.
